  • by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to our platforms.

  • Sources: Your direct enquiry via phone, email, website forms, or through property listing portals (e.g., dubizzle, Property Finder).

  • Data Collected: Name, email address, phone number, nationality, budget, desired location, property type, and details of your specific enquiry.

  • Purpose: To fulfil our contractual obligations (pre-contractual steps) or pursuant to our legitimate business interests to provide relevant customer service and sales support.

3.2 TO FACILITATE AND CONCLUDE A REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION (SALE/LEASE):

Once you decide to move forward with a transaction, we collect personal data necessary to prepare contracts and comply with legal requirements.

  • Data Collected: Name, passport copy, visa details, Emirates ID, address, contact details, Title Deed copy (for sellers/lessors), and banking details (for commission/deposit purposes).

  • Purpose: To fulfil our contractual obligations to mediate and conclude the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) or Lease Contract, and to comply with local laws (e.g., Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, escrow laws, and governmental registration requirements like DLD/Ejari).

3.3 TO REQUEST YOUR FEEDBACK AND MANAGE SERVICE IMPROVEMENT:

We seek feedback to improve our brokerage service delivery.

  • Data Collected: Name, email ID, transaction details, and your specific feedback/complaints.

  • Purpose: In pursuit of our legitimate business interests to address your concerns, continually improve service quality, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.

  • Developers and Landlords: When representing you as a buyer or tenant, we must share your data with the Developer (Seller) or the Landlord to draft the final contracts and complete the transaction.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We use carefully selected third parties for services like marketing, advertising, cloud service hosting, IT support, legal, accounting, and compliance.

  • Government and Regulatory Authorities: This includes the Dubai Land Department (DLD), Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), or any other local authority as required for registration (e.g., Ejari, Title Deed transfer) or upon request to comply with legal processes.

  • Financial Institutions: Banks or mortgage brokers when assisting you with property financing options.

  • Fraud Protection: Other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
